At Mitchells we believe that we have a
unique offering to add value to our already
high standards of customer service. Since
January 1999 we have been capturing the
details of all work carried out by our
service departments. We have done this
by attaching a numbered plate or label
to each piece of machinery. This number
is a unique "Mitchell No.".
When calling to book a service or repair
quoting this number will speed up the
job booking process as we can find the
machine instantly and create a job card
in seconds.
Tn the early days we were only able to
offer some of our largest customers Fleet
Maintenance reports. These were a paper
based service history for each of the
customers machines. We found this to be
slow and expensive (Posting a ream of
paper is not cheap). We then developed
the system further and in 2001 we were
able to offer On-line service reports.
This section of our website gives you the
ability to view these reports on-line
and print them out. The data will be updated
after our weekly service invoices are
produced. If you have had any machinery
serviced since January 1999 then it's
service history is available on-line.
To use this service you must have a customer
account no. and be a registered user as
access to the system is restricted by
use of a username and password. If you

Once registered your reports will be available
after the next weekly invoicing run. This
normally means that if you register before
noon on Monday then you should be able
access your reports by close of business
on Tuesday of the same week.
