Mitchells have for some time now been using powerful CD-ROM systems containing a comprehensive catalogue of parts, which you may have seen being used on our parts counters. The list of manufacturers for whom we have CD-ROM's is growing all the time. At present it includes:- Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Stihl, Briggs & Stratton, Kew/Alto, Hayter, Honda and Jack Ashurst. Hyundai offer an internet based system to enable us to do the same for their machines. Unlike smaller dealers we have invested a great deal of money in towers of CD-ROM drives to allow all these CD's to be accessed simultaneously without the need to change CD's. These systems have sped up the whole process of searching for that elusive part, making it easier to pinpoint the right part first time! Its all part of Mitchells ongoing investment over the last twenty plus years in computer systems that help us to improve our service to you the customer.

As you will see from the selection of manufacturers listed on each of our division's pages, we do our best to cater for all our customers' needs, whatever the time of day or year. We know from experience that things can go wrong at the most awkward times, so what happens when we're closed? No problem! Simply telephone your local depot and listen to our message listing our 24 hour emergency call out numbers. All major suppliers deliver parts overnight ready for our workshops or you to collect the following morning.
