Mitchells is a long established company with its roots going back to 1898 when Fred Mitchell first started the business which in the early years grew into being one of the major car distributors in Nottingham, England.

It was the early 1950’s which saw rapid expansion with the introduction of agricultural and construction equipment. Since then the company has diversified such that today it operates four major divisions, these being Agricultural, Construction, Professional Groundcare and Groundcare Services & Hire, and is now one of the major distributors in the Midlands.

Each division has its own specialist sales team supported by a fleet of mobile service engineers in fully equipped vehicles, who have access to the latest diagnostic equipment, and a computerised parts department with all branches linked to a central stock system on the mainframe computer at Head Office. We are also linked by computer to many of our major suppliers.

Finance schemes are available including Hire Purchase, Lease, Contract Hire, Pause Payments etc. (subject to status)
